Моя книга подошла к концу, но, конечно, это далеко не исчерпывающая информация об аллергических заболеваниях. Я постаралась охватить самые частые вопросы, с которыми сталкиваются аллергики и их близкие. Я не планировала создать энциклопедию современной аллергологии (не думаю, что это посильная задача для одного человека). Мне хотелось поговорить на самые волнующие темы, которые рождают больше всего вопросов и страхов. Как мы знаем, больше всего пугает неизвестность, поэтому мне захотелось написать книгу, которая заполнит пробелы в знаниях, поможет разобраться в спорных вопросах, сориентирует, в каком направлении действовать, и в конечном счете поможет более спокойно и взвешенно относиться к аллергическому заболеванию, оценивать его прогноз, понимать, как сделать жизнь аллергика безопасной и комфортной. Очень надеюсь, что хотя бы немного в этом преуспела.
Я отдаю себе отчет, что аллергология – одна из наиболее активно развивающихся медицинских специальностей. Подумать только, пару десятков лет назад мы всерьез считали, что, например, рыбу стоит вводить в рацион ребенка не раньше трех лет, а теперь Европейская академия аллергии и клинической иммунологии EAACI называет введение рыбы после девятимесячного возраста поздним, относя отсроченное знакомство с ней к факторам риска развития аллергии.
Почему рекомендации меняются?
Мы стараемся рекомендовать самые лучшие и безопасные стратегии для лечения и профилактики аллергических заболеваний. Постоянно проводятся самые разные исследования, в том числе наблюдательные, накапливается международный опыт, проводятся мета-анализы множества данных, в результате привычные рекомендации сменяются новыми, показавшими большую эффективность и безопасность.
Поэтому я могу предположить, что через некоторое время что-то из написанного мною может устареть и рекомендации могут измениться. Значит, будет новая книга.
